01 / THE APP

About English Idioms

English Idioms is an English learning app operated by Flawless Studio LLC, a United States company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flawless Studio LLC. The app helps you study idioms through lists, meanings, examples, flashcards and tests, and review your learning progress.

These terms cover the English Idioms app and this website. You do not need to create an English Idioms account to practise. App Store downloads and purchases require the relevant Apple services. For support, email hi@flawless.studio.

02 / USING THE APP

Your app license

Your App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is provided with the app. These terms explain our service and do not replace the applicable app license or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Use the app lawfully and respect intellectual property rights. Do not bypass purchase restrictions, interfere with the service, or copy or distribute protected material without permission, except where applicable law or a component’s license allows it. Rights in the app and its content remain with Flawless Studio LLC or the relevant rights holders; downloading the app does not transfer ownership to you.

03 / YOUR PRACTICE

Learning & availability

English Idioms is a study aid. Definitions, examples, pronunciation and progress statistics support your practice, but do not guarantee fluency, an exam result or a particular learning outcome. Let us know if you spot an error so we can review it.

Features can depend on your app version, device, operating system, language settings and permissions. Downloads, purchases, advertisements and connected services may require an internet connection; your provider’s data charges may apply.

Learning records and preferences are stored on your device. Resetting your stats or deleting the app can remove local progress. Keep any device backups you need; restoring a purchase is separate from restoring learning records.

We may update features and compatibility or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law and your purchase rights. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite support for a particular device. The applicable app license governs warranties and liability, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

04 / REMOVE ADS

Purchases & restoration

The app includes advertising and offers an optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase. Review the App Store confirmation screen for the price and what is included before you buy. Payment is processed by Apple; Flawless Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.

Use the app’s restore option with the Apple Account used for the purchase to restore eligible Remove Ads access. If restoration fails, check the account and contact us. Removing ads does not switch off every connected service, including analytics, crash reporting or purchase entitlement processing; see our privacy policy.

You can request a refund through Apple’s purchase support. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms takes away statutory refund or other consumer rights.

05 / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy & external services

Our privacy policy explains local learning records, purchases, analytics, advertising and your data choices. Reading these terms does not give consent to processing that requires a separate choice.

The app uses Apple services for distribution and purchases, and Google services for advertising, consent messaging, analytics and diagnostics, and RevenueCat for purchase entitlements. External links and advertisements can take you to services operated by others, with their own terms and privacy practices. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the app or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will communicate material changes as required by law. Changes do not remove existing consumer rights or replace any consent required for new processing.
